Team Creation Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the creation and management of teams on our Esports platform. By creating a team (Solo, Duo, or Squad), users agree to comply with the following conditions and rules:
1. Eligibility for Team Creation
1.1. Account Verification: To create a team, users must have an active and verified account on our platform. 1.2. Age Requirement: Users must meet the platform’s minimum age requirement as per applicable laws and regulations in their region.
2. Types of Teams
2.1. Solo Team: A single-player team formed for individual participation in events or competitions.
2.2. Duo Team: A two-player team formed for duo-based participation.
2.3. Squad Team: A team consisting of up to 4/5 players formed for squad-based participation.
3. Team Creation Requests
3.1. Approval Process:
All team creation requests must be submitted for approval through the platform's team creation interface. The platform reserves the right to approve or reject any team creation request at its sole discretion.
3.2. Team Names:
Team names must adhere to community guidelines. Offensive, inappropriate, or misleading names will result in rejection of the team creation request.
3.3. Rejection of Team Creation:
The platform may reject a team creation request for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Violation of platform policies
- Duplicate or similar team names
- Non-compliance with applicable rules or regulations
- Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform /stage
4. Team Management
4.1. Team Leader:
The creator of the team is automatically assigned as the Team Leader and will have administrative rights to manage team members, including inviting or removing members. 4.2. Team Member Responsibilities:
Each team member is responsible for adhering to the platform's rules and code of conduct. Misconduct by any member may result in disciplinary action against the team, including disqualification from events or termination of the team.
4.3. Transfer of Leadership:
Team leadership can be transferred to another member upon mutual agreement, subject to the platform's rules.
5. Team Dissolution
5.1. Voluntary Dissolution:
A Team Leader may voluntarily dissolve the team at any time. Upon dissolution, all team-related privileges and rights are revoked.
5.2. Platform-Initiated Dissolution:
The platform reserves the right to dissolve any team without prior notice if it violates any terms, engages in prohibited activities, or fails to comply with platform rules.
6. Participation in Competitions
6.1. Event Eligibility:
Teams must meet the event-specific requirements to participate in competitions. Each event may have distinct rules for team size, composition, and other qualifications. 6.2. Fair Play:
All teams must compete fairly and in accordance with the platform’s anti-cheating policies. Any violations may result in penalties, including team disqualification.
7. Disputes and Appeals
7.1. Appeal Process:
Users may appeal rejected team creation requests by submitting a formal appeal to the platform’s support team. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are final. 7.2.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of disputes regarding team management or participation, the platform will have the final authority to resolve the matter.
8. Modifications to Terms
The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via the platform’s notification system. Continued use of the team creation feature after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination of Team Creation Privileges
Any user found to be in violation of these Terms, platform policies, or applicable laws may have their team creation privileges suspended or terminated at the platform’s discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Users agree to comply with all local regulations and platform rules when creating and managing teams.

Tournament Registration

Tournament matches will be scheduled by the platform. Participants are responsible for checking schedules and ensuring they are available at the required times.

Failure to appear for a scheduled match may result in automatic disqualification, and no refunds will be provided.
4. Code of Conduct

Participants must compete fairly, without the use of cheats, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software.
4.2. Sportsmanship:

The use of cheats, hacks, or exploiting game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any user caught cheating will be disqualified, and their account may face further sanctions.
5. Disqualification
5.1. Violation of Rules:
Participants who violate tournament rules, engage in unsportsmanlike behavior, or fail to comply with the platform’s code of conduct may be disqualified without prior warning.
5.2. Technical Failures:
Participants are responsible for ensuring their equipment and internet connection are functioning properly. Technical issues on a participant's side will not be grounds for a match replay or delay.
6. Prizes
6.1. Prize Distribution:
Prize pools, distribution, and eligibility will be announced prior to the tournament. Prizes will be awarded based on performance and final standings.
6.2. Tax and Legal Responsibilities:
Winners are responsible for complying with all tax regulations in their jurisdiction concerning any prizes they receive.
6.3. Prize Forfeiture:
If a participant is disqualified from a tournament for violating these Terms, they forfeit any right to claim prizes.
