Asiatic Esports Community Fun Match

General Rules

• Game Mode: Deathmatch (Free-for-All mode).
• Platform: PC only, played via Riot Games' official Valorant servers.
• Objective: Achieve the highest number of kills within the match time limit or reach the kill goal before time runs out.

Player Eligibility

• Open to all players with an active Valorant account.
• Players must be at least 14+ years old to participate.
• Players must have stable internet and gaming setups to avoid interruptions.
• Players must register before the deadline using the event's official registration form

Match Settings

• Time Limit: 9 minutes.
• Kill Goal: First to 40 kills.
• Map: Randomly selected from Valorant's active map pool.
• Weapons: All weapons are allowed; no restrictions.
• Respawn: Players will respawn randomly around the map after each death.
• Abilities: All abilities are disabled in Deathmatch mode.

Event Structure

• Warm-Up: A 60-second warm-up phase is enabled before the match starts.
• Match Duration: Each match will last up to 9 minutes, or until a player reaches the 40-kill limit.
• Rounds: Depending on the number of participants, the event may consist of multiple rounds (e.g., qualifiers, semi-finals, finals).
  • Top players from each round will advance based on their kill count.
• Tiebreakers: In case of a tie (e.g., multiple players with the same kill count), the player with the higher K/D ratio or fewer deaths will advance.

Code of Conduct

• Fair Play: Cheating, hacking, or use of unauthorized software will result in immediate disqualification.
• Behavior: Toxicity, harassment, or abusive language towards other players or organizers is prohibited.
• Punctuality: Players must join their assigned lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Technical Rules

• Disconnections: If a player disconnects during the match:
  • The match will continue without pause.
  • The disconnected player may reconnect if possible.
• Server Issues: If a server-wide issue occurs, the match will be restarted.
• Ping: Players must ensure their ping is stable. Persistent high ping may lead to disqualification.

Scoring and Advancement

• Players are ranked based on their final kill count.
• In multi-round events:
  • Only the top 5 players from each lobby will advance to the next round.
• Final scores will be verified by event officials to ensure accuracy.

Prize Distribution

• Winner: The player with the highest kill count in the final match wins.
• Runner-Up(s): will be showin in event page.
• Participation Rewards: will be showin in event page.

Registration and Check-In

• Registration opens on shown date in event page. please keep eye on dates..
• All players must check in 30 minutes before their match starts.
• Late arrivals will forfeit their spot.

Streaming and Spectators

• Matches may be live-streamed on Twitch or YouTube.
• Players must consent to be streamed if participating.
• Spectators are not allowed in-game but can watch via the official stream.

Match Map Selection

• Method: The map for each match will be determined by:
  • Admin Selection: The event administrator will select the map prior to each match to ensure fairness and variety.
  • User Poll: Alternatively, participants can vote for the map via a poll on the event page.
    • The poll will include all available maps in the current Valorant map pool.
    • Voting will close30 minutes before the match starts.
    • The map with the highest votes will be selected.
• Tie in Voting: If there’s a tie in the user poll, the event administrator will make the final decision.
• Announcement: The selected map will be announced on the event page and to participants via email.
